Guests will experience updates and amenities including:
- Enhanced cleanliness and disinfection: new protocols to deliver an industry leading standard of cleanliness and disinfection. New elevated processes and team member training have been developed to help guests enjoy an even cleaner and safer stay from check-in to check-out. Digital thermometers at the hotel entrance, staff entrance and other key areas in the hotel. Restricted number of guests allowed in elevators.
- The Room: Guests will find that their rooms have been thoroughly cleaned. The room will have extra disinfection of the most frequently touched guest room areas– light switches, door handles, remotes and more. Additional amenities such as linens and toiletries will be available upon request.
- Spa: Extra care is being taken to provide a relaxing experience while ensuring a healthy environment. Some of the protocols include spa therapists utilising protective equipment and following hygiene standards during the service. Two hours between treatments to allow each room to be sanitised and sealed. Prior reservations will be made through the resort’s personal concierge team.
- Food and Beverages: All of the restaurant will have tables set six feet apart with digital menus available at the restaurant will also offer an enhanced in room dining experience for guests to enjoy dining privately with all the team members utilizing protective equipment and following established hygiene protocols. Breakfast buffet is replaced by a varied a la carte menu.
